Tried to call them multiple time to see when my app was also multiple day I called when I finally found out I get there there is a whole line of people getting vaccines, which I get But the lady told me to go through the exit, so I didn’t even go to my appointment because I tried to called him multiple times to ask them if it was OK for sure to go up in there since the sign was in the road and people were coming down that way I called over 13 times with no answer So I just got frustrated and didn’t even go because I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do if it was OK to go up in that way because if somebody’s coming down and I’m going up I would of hit the sign and ect idk if they low staff or something but they should deff be...

Had a scheduled appointment to see the Nurse Practitioner this morning. I was given a cup & told to use the restroom (back in the clinic area) to give a urine sample. I was completely disgusted at how filthy the restroom was! The toilet in particular. Awful.
