I have dreamed for a while about having a special peice of jewelry made, so when my husband and daughter bought me a very special genuine diamond and heart bracelet, that was a little to big, I wanted to have two extra links made into earrings. We went to Hannoush jewelers to have them specially made. We went in at the beginning of February 2024 telling them how important these were going to be as I was going to be using them to have a special shared piercing with my daughter on my February 29. Birthday. We pick up the earrings and when I got home taking off the earring back the back post came unsoldered. I called Hannoush Jewelers the next day and brought them back to them to be fix. I never got to wear them. They were sent out on March 9, 2024 to be fixed  I have not heard back from them since. Yesterday I called left a message, and called again today March 26,2024 and left another message. I got a return phone call after 4pm on March 26,2024. Letting me know they were sent out and would call me when they got them back in. For us we do not have alot of extra money, so for my husband to do something as wonderful as this for me is very special and meaningful to me, for Hannoush Jewelers, the people who work there not to make this a priority to me is not ok. I understand to them it may not be thousands of dollars purchasing something, but my husband works very hard for what we have and what we are able to do with our money. This whole experience of having a special pair of earrings made was a wonderful dream come true which has turned into a nightmare of not knowing what is going on because of the lack of priority and communication on Hannoush Jewelers. Just called me to pick up my earrings. Finally done correctly. After almost 2 months later. Renee questioned me about my husband writing a review given them a 1 star. First with why, then after again explaining it to her saying she does not feel that is fair because she was nice, I said to her it is how we feel after not getting what you told us you could do in time for my birthday, but was not done correctly. She tried to blame it on the quality of the Jewelry that she said that could work with. Playing a blame game instead of taking responsibility for the job not be do correctly the first time. Me and my husband bought our rings here. Cheap and very nice salespeople. Now we bought them around the Christmas holiday so delay arrival was expected. Being told 3 weeks or less. But We ended up waiting a whole month. A little aggravated but very understanding, because again expecting holiday delay. They worked with me and gave me a discount for the delay. Was much appreciated. Now fast forward to me having the ring for ONLY a MONTH after waiting a month, and the gem falls out. I paid the protection plan fee so I called they of course were polite telling me to drop it off anytime, so I did. I dropped my ring off March 8th to be fixed being told it was going to be 2 weeks or less because it’s being sent to the home office in Massachusetts so not far at all. 2 weeks went by I called the women she said she’s not sure about the delay she will check and give me a call back. No call back. So I’m trying to be patient but I’m a new Wife for the first time, and I want my ring on my finger. I wait another week to go by still no call back. AND ANOTHER WEEK going by I’m being patient. It is now March 29th 4 weeks from the drop off date so I called today. Again Same answer “not sure about the delay” this time she said the store manager would be in and she will check with her and call me back. It’s now 6pm they’re closed and did I get a call back ? NOPE ☺️😡 I’m honestly not impressed with this jeweler I get it things get hectic but the communication is horrible, and the beating around the bush is ridiculous. Just want to have my ring that I paid for and waited for. Definitely not recommending, And will not purchase another...

I went in this summer with my engagement ring that had lost a stone to see about having it repaired. They told me it was a really difficult style to repair, they would have to send it out and even then weren't sure if it could be done. The ring has 4 stones set together in a square in the center then surrounded by a halo. The women kept suggesting replacing the 4 center stones with a single stone in the center. While not what I wanted to hear, this wasn't what turned me off so bad. While looking over my ring the woman kept making comments about how it looked every bit it's age and how you should take your ring off while doing xyz which sounded like just about everything, how it was in terrible shape and almost berating me over it like it was junk. It was my engagement ring and it was clearly sentimental to me, and I found their commentary quite rude.
