I first went into the store on June 8th 2017 to replace a phone that I broke that day. I was greeted by a familiar face that said he could help replace it due to a special promotion that would give me a 50 percent instant discount on an upgrade. After going through everything I was told the phone was$708.00 but with the discount it would only be $354.00. I did this deal and was told before I left it would probably take a month or two to show up on my bill. Not to Worry.... Well after six months and multiple trips and phone calls to the store I found out through Sprint Customer Care (Oxy Moron) that discount ended in May 2017. I was given a$240.00 credit so I am still paying on a $708.00 phone. I'm totally unsatisfied with the deal and the Sugar Coating I was given that day at that store. Read moreI just became a customer of T-Mobile, 16 days ago. Seems I dropped my S23 Ulttra one too many times. I went to T-Mobile on hopes of financing the new S24 ultra. My credit not being the best due to a divorce I could not get financed. I ended up with a crappy cheap phone because I had no idea they had an "iPhone 16pro on us" promotion going on since September. When I hear about this, I try to exchange my phone, 16 days later and get turned down because it was 2 days past their 14 day deadline. None of their employees told me about the promotion even though I told them numerous times I'm all about the camera. FYI the iPhone 16pro has the best camera next to Samsung. The manager was there and wouldn't budge. Poor customer service and bad business! I will be bringing my business...

However, today when I went to see if they could fix my new phone I've only had for two weeks, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. Not only was he unhelpful in finding me a solution to fix my problem, he was rather rude about it as well.
I have been a Sprint customer for over 15 years now. I've had some outstanding service and some very poor service. Todays service was very poor, and if this person was an employee of mine, I would fire him for the lack of customer service he provided me today. My phone still not fixed.
