Things have improved here since they first opened. This is by far the best REVO location. They used to have issues with getting food to you some times cold food that had been sitting or over an hour wait with little to no one else eating. They changed the burgers which used to be good to not so great burgers and now back to good burgers since so many voiced the change. Lots of friendly staff. The smoking room isnt as nice as the old one but it does its job. Hand pays used to take a long time some times you would have to hunt down someone, but this is no longer the case the current staff stays on top of things. The new stage with live performances is a great addition to this location. I've won a ton of money here but I have noticed since they moved the smoking room the payouts have changed and all the regulars agree. For instance bonus games that dont even pay you what you bet feels really bad since its supposed to draw you in and make you wanna play more or "chase" this happens to often now to someone or myself and we all agree it makes us not want to play those machines and with new locations of casinos in the area its left myself going to this location a lot less. I can also say the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the pay to player change the issues in the past of the food service and the biggest of them all is 2 years in a row messing up tax information and messing up w2g to the point I have to talk with the financial advisor to get it corrected. Service is one thing but taxes could have caused me issues if I inputed the incorrect information that was provided i would have payed extra in taxes then having to deal with the IRS would have definitely left me never seeing this location again. I did almost have to file for an extension since I requested the tax information and win loss record 3 times before I actually received it and I started requesting in December. I see this location definitely making more improvements in the future since they have proven they are...
Read more100% con artists! My mother got a hand pay for roughly $1000. Her license had just expired (birthday). The person that came to give her the hand pay advised that they weren’t able to accept expired ID (understandable) and she was told if she came back even with Temporary real ID that it’d be sufficient in place of expired ID. Due to this info my parents made a special trip once my Mother renewed and had the temporary license in hand (awaiting her permanent on in mail). The cashier had her stand in front of camera to verify it’s her, had the temporary real ID in hand and again was told that the temporary isn’t sufficient.
Fast forward to today, she went back with permanent ID and was informed that 30% was taken out due to them holding her $ in safe (BECAUSE OF THEM NOT HER). I’ve been to dozens upon dozens of casinos in multiple states. This is hands down one of the least professional and worst experiences I’ve ever heard of. Clean communication goes a long way and then automatically taking out $ due to keeping it in a safe. (Again they never told her that either).
I’m glad she’s understanding and flexible, because I would’ve handled it a lot differently. Save your $ folks and go to an actual casino that’s reputable. Go to Oxford, Nashua, Manchester, Encore, Seabrook, Hell even Bangor or any other casino other than this dump of an establishment. They should be ashamed...
Read moreSpeaking from my experience, I really enjoy coming to the REVO Casino and Social House. I started coming here before the renovations and the transformation is remarkable. Definitely prefer the morning and early afternoon when it is quieter. The place is kept clean and neat. Employees have been, for the most part, very courteous and helpful. Nice assortment of fun to play slots for a small casino. It is worth getting a player's card in order to receive the weekly mailings and in house promotions. Payouts are on par with other casinos I have visited and are consistent from visit to visit. It is all luck and timing. A little knowledge of how slot machines work is a definite plus and can enhance your casino experience win or lose. There are some excellent you tube videos available. I will say that I have been to the casino during busier hours, and they seem to be understaffed, often with only one attendant covering the whole casino. If you are in the back corner of the casino with a hand pay, or have a machine with an error code it can be quite frustrating waiting for help. The smoking room (which I do not use) is easy to find and completely isolated from the rest of the casino. I have seen people coming ang going and never smelled cigarette smoke. I do not play table games so I cannot comment on them and am looking forward to trying the...
