Amazing! I have a fluffy Lynx Point Siberian cat who’s a shedding machine and desperately needed a good deshed and sanitary trim. My girl gets stressed out and has accidents if I take her ANYWHERE in a car, so I looked for a mobile groomer who could come to my house to make the whole thing less stressful for her. I found Big Dogs and Cats -Love’s Pet Grooming online and figured I’d give them a try since I’ve never gotten a professional groomer for my cat and they were close to my location.

BEST. DECISION. EVER.

After some emailing/texting, I got a breakdown of what they offer for cats, (very reasonable) pricing estimates for both in-store and mobile services, and a grooming appointment scheduled for a day/time that worked best with my schedule. On the day of, I was updated with the ETA of my groomer and notified when they arrived. I put my kitty into her crate, walked outside, let the groomers know my cat’s temperament/what I wanted done on her (a deshedding and sanitary trim), and let them get to work.

The whole grooming session took about an hour and I was updated with a photo of a mountain of fur that they brushed off of my cat during her deshedding (see the photo!). They delivered her to my doorstep nice, clean, and smelling like a dream! Just by petting my cat, I could tell they managed to get a TON of fur off of her and they were even able to trim her furry behind! I was sure they wouldn’t be able to since my cat would freak and wiggle away from me when I tried, but they did it!

My kitty is finally walking around smelling great and looking better than ever! I’ll definitely be requesting their services regularly and highly recommend them if you need an...

I'd give them 10 stars if I could, why? Because they went out of their way to make grooming my cat convenient and easy.

First off they were available in the afternoon after I got off work! Most groomers other than Petco and Petsmart only service earlier in the day.

Here's where to me they deserved 10 stars. My 10 year old cat was very matted. I usually get her hair trimmed once every 6 months, but not only did I move but covid hit. I couldn't get in touch with my usual groomer and most others won't deal with a matted cat.

I was getting desperate, I contacted so many groomers and they all said "no".

Finally I saw Big Dog Cat Mobile Grooming, however they didn't service my area. Being as desperate as I was I contacted them and asked if I could meet somewhere in their service area and they were very open to the idea.

Not only did they groom my cat and left her looking beautiful, my cat was in a good mood when she came home. She was happy and although 10 began to run around like a kitten.

I am so so happy with their service I don't think words will do this justice. I highly recommend them. They were so good to me and my cat. They wore masks which made me feel safe and everything was just perfect.

I have 2 Bullmastiffs and boy did they need a bath and grooming of their coats. I have never used a groomer or mobile groomer before since they are show dogs the handlers would groom them and have them ready for show. Well since they have not shown in a few months they were in desperate need of the works so I thought I would try a mobile groomer so they would be at home. I liked this company's add and they said they work on big dogs so I thought I would give them a try. Marlon is the best . The first night he came he did my male. My boy was shedding old coat real bad but once Marlon was done there was no more loose hair and he was slick, soft coat and shined like he was ready to show. The next day he came back and did my female. She is 8 yrs old and has some arthritis. She really doesn't like a bath but after Marlon walked her around with him she was just fine and she loved it. She looked amazing and oh how happy she was. Marlon is great with the dogs. He has patience with them and let's you know what your dog needs as far as grooming. I will be using Marlon from now on. I must say it did take him a while with both dogs but it is worth it and you dog is right outside your home. I highly recommend this mobile dog grooming service to everyone.
