I arrived at the location on 11/28/18 at about 6pm. When I arrived the store was no where near being the slightest bit of being busy. I was there to potentially purchase a refrigerator for the for time, so I was in need of assistance. Upon arriving in the appliance section, I did a quick look around to get a general idea about what I want. I noticed one employee helping someone, so I decided to wait until he was done. When finished with that group of people he was assisting, he then went on to assist another person who had come after me. I then began to search for another employee in that section, but he was also helping someone already. I then ask an employee from another section to assist me in possible finding another employee to assist me. He politely said that I had to wait, soI continued to wait. By time time about thirty minutes have passed and I began to get frustrated at the fact that I have been greeted, asked do I need assistance, or have even been assisted. There are people that are showing up after me that are getting helped. I then went to the front and requested a mananger. The manager on was polite and apologized and assigned someone to me. The employee that was assigned to was helpful, but when she walked by the other employee that I had bee waiting for to assist me. She said something in Spanish to him, which I found rude. All languages are beautiful in my opinion, but I find rude to intentionally speak in another language to purposely exclude someone. Especially if theyâre a customer. After she said what she said to him in a low voice, he laughed a bit and smirked. He continues smirking until he left the mutual area we were in. Multiple things werenât handled well in my personal opinion. I donât feel that k should have to wait thirty minutes and have to speak with a manger to received some assistance.    Read moreI have been going to this store for the last 10 years due to the close proximity to my house. I have consistently been disappointed with many things that do not seem to improve much over this span of time. Most of my experience has been without needing customer service but the times that I do ask for service it is not a pleasant experience if it involves more than pointing me in the right direction. The store does not keep track of it's inventory very well. They seem to have a lot of shrinkage that no one ever notices until I point out that they are out of an item. Small Items are consistently out of place and cause difficulty getting the correct parts from the bins. I know is this due to lazy customers not putting parts where they got them but little effort seems to be made to organize. I am writing this review tonight because I am tired of the lack of professionalism and customer care that is offered. I went to the store to purchase a patio slider, french door, and two entry doors. When arriving there was no store employee at the windows and doors desk. I waited 15 minutes before going to the front to call someone. They made an announcement over the speakers twice and no one came. I waited longer but I didn't want to leave and miss the person so when another employee came by I had them call and still no one showed up. I went to the front of the store again and they tried to get someone but they didn't know where the person was. Finally an inventory manager came to help and we got the slider on a cart but he went to find more assistance for me. While waiting I noticed that the door was missing the screen! again, after waiting longer I noticed other people waiting for keys to be cut and they were complaining to me that they have not been assisted.    Read moreI âlostâ a wallet here , it had close to $3k in it I understand that inâlostâ it but itâs very discuaraging!!! when I called the security guard claimed they looked outside but rather told some employees to go look because she was working inside. Later the wallet appeared a tall gentleman took it to my house gave the wallet to my sister and waited my arrival . I opened it and denim blue jean pouch with the red plastic Iâd slot sewed to one side was gone. I called numerous time . I went there the same note it was lost and the woman that worked the night shift said come back in the morning I donât know anything . So I bee. There twice and Iâm told that they must look in the vault every time I call they give me the run around . Can anyone there check if thiis amount of cash was found and turned in ? I havenât had anyone there with access to the vault check for my money I havenât my bank of Amarica statement showing that a withdrew 7k prior to the loss of the 3k it was 2500 or so when I had to withdrawal another 500.0 due to id theft and bank account compromised. I should be able to find a receipt of the night I purchase a bottle of gas that I use in copper plumbing that costs about $6.00 hopefully someone reaches out to me because Iâm tired of calling and getting the simple answer yes or no.
