I've shopped here for years and 90% of the time I'd give them an A+. But like ANY company there's been times when I've wanted to give a complaint but didn't. Things happen....period!
We all have good days and an occasional bad day. No one...repeat: "No one" can say they don't occasionally have a bad day. And if you have a job your Boss doesn't give you the day off because you're having a bad day. We've ALL gone thru bad days and have had to go to work anyway.
I've had to go back twice to pick up a prescription. I've gone there to pick up something only to find an empty shelf. I've stood in line to pay way longer then I liked.
But I always go back because the store is always clean, I'm greeted as I walk in, and normally buy exactly what I went after. They've seen shoplifting increase more then ever before. So many times their computers may say something "is" in stock only to find it's been ripped off. Shoplifting has increased so bed that many business have been forced to close their doors.
And... Since Covid hit the Pharmacy has been doing double duty....Filling RX's AND having to also deal with Covid tests AND give vaccinations. We all need to expect delays. I can't do 2-3 different jobs in the same amount of time I use to do one.
So....I feel "this" Walgreens is doing a great job trying to take care of their customers. We all need to take a few minutes to think about what's angered you before we put our anger in black and white. I can't walk on...
Read more(First time curve side user) Placed a pick up order at 8:58 am, for IN STOCK on sale items (closest location to me for pick up) After 4+ hours I did not receive any update so I decided to drive 20 minutes to ask about my purchase. Upon arrival I was told they could not log into the system to check my order and was asked multiple times to see proof of my order. After a couple of “let me ask my boss” I was advised the items were NOT in stock as stated on their website. I was given a write down your name and I’ll make sure to cancel it by the Associate and Manager. Customer service is lacking from the floor associates all the way to the manager. It has now been 40 minutes since my visit and my order has NOT been cancelled which means it will take that much longer to get my money back. As the items WERE charged to my account.
This was a waste of time, a poor experience. Do not recommend going to this facility or using their curve...

I arrived 15 minutes early, as suggested, and I received excellent service from the pharmacy technician who retrieved my appointment online, and then from the Nurse who administered the vaccination. I was surprised to receive a thank you reward card (5.00) value when I spend (1.00). I proceeded to purchase a large orange juice, and some Fritos, and utilized my value card. I am fully Vaccinated again, and I have munchies for My Lakers game on Spectrum Sports Net...
