Vista Cay Resort - Vista Cay Inn — Local services in Dr. Phillips

We will not stay here again. VRBO stated an after 3pm check-in, while the Welcome Packet email from the resort stated 4pm. Our group arrived at 2:30 and hung out at the pool until a little after 3pm. Upon entering the rental we were met with a uncleaned Apartment. The property manager asked for us to wait an additional an hour before checking in and told us that the apartment should be cleaned by 4pm. Due to a prior engagement we couldn't wait an additional hour. Therefore, we started getting ready in the living room while the one cleaner worked around us. At that point I messaged the owner of the property about the problem but never heard from them. Be cautious when using this owner...

We stayed for a week on a business trip, the Resport is just across the street from Orange County Convention Center and near Orlando Pointe so there a lot of options if you want to have something to eat or have a drink.
