Belterra Village Shopping Center — Local services in Dripping Springs

I frequent more than a few businesses in this shopping center. All are handicapped accessible and many have drive-throughs like Dunkin' Donuts and Chick-fil-A. The salon/spa called Salon Mystique is pretty intimidating from the outside but they offer every imaginable service provided by professional stylists and a Blow-Out bar. There's a Specs Liquors and Fine Foods and a movie theatre as well and many other dining options. The movie theatre has an outside area where pre-pandemic there was live entertainment and a full bar. Had planned to Take my son to IHOP for his first time there. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. The wait was 25 minutes because they had no waiters available? Wow! Management needs to hire more staff. Lost about 10 customers today waiting for a table, yet there were 7 booths available and the entire back room that can sit 40. Had people waiting to be seated because short on staff. This is unacceptable after being open for awhile now.
