HTeaO - Austin (290 & Ledgestone) — Restaurant in Dripping Springs

Besides water my second favorite drink is sweet tea. And once I heard there was a Starbucks-like place just for sweet tea I thought somebody was a genius. My fridge was already full of a variety of sweet teas from different brands, but could make some room for one more gallon.

This HTeoO location is new and inside will find premade jugs of many different flavors where you grab a cup of your size and fill or mix (if allowed) it. The cup signifies price point. There are tiny paper shot cups to sample each flavor before picking out the one you like. They also have unsweet options (why?). I selected Sweet Georgia Peach and grabbed a gallon of Sweet Regular. If tea is too cold for you they also serve hot coffee (Iced too), tea, latte, and other different flavor concoctions.

The inside footprint is not too big where will might be rubbing shoulders or other things with others to get to your tea. However this place still have room for a mini YETI store and HTeaO branded merchandise.

But what impressed me the most was the fact you can buy tea up to 5 gallon jugs. There was a neighborhood behind this place and wonder if they offer those residents a pipe to their home too. Enough dreaming where I loved this place and will definitely be a regular customer to enjoy their...

Oh my goodness, I went inside today for the first time. I had been through the drive-thru a few times, and I love the iced tea, but I didn't realize that the inside of the building was a tea Wonderland!

There are so many types of tea everywhere, and you can customize it however you want. And there's so much more, coffee, snacks, etc. I was amazed to discover that they have flavored bacon strips at the register. I freaking love bacon especially candied bacon, so I had a hard time choosing but they told me to get the Chipotle and it was an excellent choice!

Really great store and so much more than you expect. Wonderful owners and excellent, friendly...

We go here nearly every day!

The drive-thru staff are always so kind. We let our son pay through the window sometimes because he gets a kick out of “paying for us”. Whoever is at the window is always willing to play along and be sweet to him. Even sometimes give him a sticker for whatever their new flavor or flavor of the month is.

The manager(or owner? Idk), is always so welcoming, loves to say hi to our son, and chat with us. Everyone here goes the extra mile to be kind and it will keep us coming back as long as we live in Austin.

We recommend the: regular sweet tea, any of the “secret menu” items, and their limited poppi collab drinks...
