Outdoor Power Store — Local services in Dry Ridge

Too bad I can't leave a half star or I would. This place is a joke. The equipment is nice but the lady that runs the show is very rude. I've had a few different issues with them. Once I was told I'd be better off going to tractor supply to buy my parts because she didn't know what hydraulic oil I needed and most recent I was calling to order calling to order a few different parts but never got an answer. I called over and over again. Finally I decided to leave a voice mail saying that they should have better time management be open when they say they are and that was that... after that the lady called me back i didnt answer because i already got my parts somewhere else. So she kept on calling and when I answered she was being all nice once I told her I took my business elsewhere the attitude changed and she got rude with me and hung up. Not a way to run a business, and just think I was thinking about going to that place to buy a NEW zero turn because it was local. I'd rather drive 100 miles away then to do any dealing with them...

Today we went to buy a new brushcutter. 10am, no one there. 1030, still no one there. 11:10am, you guessed it, still no one there. That is a 40 minute drive to and another 40 minutes home for no reason. I was there last week at 9am, no one there because she opens at 10. So we took a ride and came back around 1040, no one there. She was just pulling in at 1045. Unfortunately, no one else but stihl carries the chain for my saw. I asked if she carried the part to my jonsered trimmer and her tone wasn't very pleasant. The late show ups are well known around the area. What a poor way to run a business. I hate driving to Florence or carrollton but I will not do any more business here unless she offers a nice discount to make up for my...

I waited 40 minutes for the store to open 10 minutes before 10 am to 10:30 am, hopefully everyone is ok but, I was headed to a location just down the street from Crescent Springs Hardware could have already got the parts I needed. Instead, I wanted to spend the money in my own community. Again hope everyone is ok but poor service. Another customer has been here for 15 minutes past 10 as well and left. Next time guess I will just go to the large store and save time. It's sad because, I bought the equipment here and really like stihl products but hoped to get the service to back...
