Tried to call these guys to buy a couple hard drives for an old Compaq laptop, and even though they HAD them in stock, they refused to sell them on the grounds that they would rather SCRAP WORKING PRODUCT. These guys Are purposefully destroying useable hardware, and when I offered to wipe the drives and buy them, The guy on the phone hung up on me. thinking it was a disconnection, I called back and he picked up the receiver and slammed it down. Horrible customer service and scrapping useable product a customer wants to buy is NOT good practice for a recycling company, and I'm offended at the way I was treated, as the guy on the phone seemed to get a kick out of being an ass to me. I used to buy a lot of stuff here but lately they would rather just scrap everything they buy to put cash in there pocket instead of helping someone who would put the recycled parts to good use. I frequently spend around 100-200 dollars a months restoring and repairing aging hardware for myself and friends and family and I probably wont be bringing my business back here unless...
