Since 1993 I have shopped here. The staff are well versed in all their inventory. After years I have never had a clasp break. The pieces are timeless. I wear them every day,. It is so much better to buy quality to begin with so you do not need costume big store bought pieces. At the moment I am looking for a specific item, I live hundreds of miles from the store. I phoned, described what I was looking for, and excited to see what they find. This is a store that has served their clients FOR YEARS. I will shop with them in person or by phone for years to come. I could not be more bummed that this place was closed both times I passed thru. A few days ago we passed thru and a sign on the door said they had closed early to take care of an elderly family member. Completely understandable.
