I call this place a couple weeks ago they sent me some yeast to the mail I didn't know what needed to be refrigerated took a few days and it was hot out not good on the yeast. One is sanitizer I got cleaner. Not too stoked up about the quality of service and knowledge. Just got back from Davenport from the lady up there that sells wine and Mead and beer drinking supplies all this little stores at gym I will be going back there she is so knowledgeable she even put my yeast on ice packs to send it home with me. Dubuque sorry you just lost a customer I just lost 10 packets of yeast..... his response these does not be needing Refrigeration for dry wines all I wanted a sweet wine like I said I ended up throwing it away I had to go to a different store. Other people tell me that had to be refrigerated that make mead. I couldn't take the chance over $20 worth of yeast when I'm spending $180 on honey and bunch of money on supplies it wasn't worth the chance I didn't want to make dry wine never had the intentions of making dry wine.
