I met Angie Arnsdorf three years ago during a remodel project. She was a joy to work with and as busy as she was - I always felt like her only client. Her professionalism and knowledge base was very impressive. Most importantly - if she said she was going to do something SHE DID IT! A simple phone call at the end of the day to let me know the status of items on order...even if an item is delayed it’s better to have the information. We did business with Tricia at Gerhard’s Dubuque Store for an extensive bathroom remodel. We were overwhelmed with the choices available! And we weren’t sure what would serve our needs best. Tricia spent a lot of time with my husband and me, putting a “package” together that would work well in our new space. I am so pleased that I went with Gerhards in Dubuque when remodeling my kitchen. I worked with Vanessa B that helped me with my selection of sink and faucet. Upon open the package with the sink, I found hidden damage. I e-mailed Vanessa photos and she immediately went to work for me. I was on a tight timeframe and was having granite countertops installed and Vanessa went above and beyond getting a new sink delivered to my home the day before the granite was installed.
