I came through and ordered the $5 Boneless Wing Bash, however adding on a drink it all came out to $6-ish. Going through the drive-thru took way longer than it needed to be. I never even got my receipt from my order. LESHAWN was cold, short, rude, didn't seem to care, didn't ask if I wanted any condiments at all, didn't offer any honey to go along with the biscuit. She practically threw my bagged order out the window at me and slammed the door shut and just walked away - leaving me with no way to ask for honey or condiments. AND to top it all off, there were only 12 fries and 5 small pieces of COLD chicken in the box. Are you actually telling me I paid $6 for that cold little amount? SIX DOLLARS FOR THAT COLD LITTLE AMOUNT? I thought about turning around and getting this taken care of but I did not want to go through the UNPLEASANT experience of dealing with LASHAWN again! Who knew what else she would throw at me again and what she would slam and walk away. Once again, I paid SIX DOLLARS for TWELVE fries and FIVE pieces of COLD chicken. LESHAWN has no business being in the restaurant/hospitality industry until she gets rid of that nasty attitude. Something needs to be done because this is honestly unacceptable. Read moreI placed an order online and when I arrived they were CLOSED I’ve learned this location closes and opens when it wants yet still take online orders so after arriving I was asked to come back in a hour and a half I live across town and gas is expensive then I try to cancel the order online and can’t because THE STORE IS SUPPOSE TO BE OPEN!!! So now I have no choice but to come back and the reason they are closed the young lady that was there 9/11/25 10am WAS BY HERSELF! Read moreIt’s a shame to give this popeyes location a bad review because when the food is good, it’s really good, but it seems like for every good experience i have here, there’s 3 horrible ones. I’ve placed online orders numerous times, and arrived at the store only for it to be closed even though google says they’re open. It’s also very annoying when you arrive and they say they’re out of something and not willing to make it. Almost all of the food i’ve ordered is either cold and been obviously sitting for a long time, or they tell me they’re “out”. There are a couple of very nice employees but overall this restaurant is just always having issues. It’s gotten progressively worse since covid, and the past couple of months it’s almost not even worth driving there or placing an online order because there are so many unknowns. I hope they can iron out the problems but atp I feel like the restaurant needs a new owner...
