this is my final goodbye to panch. i have tried many times i’ve give them multiple chances for YEARS and they still get meat in my vegan burrito. let me explain. my order is a burrito with double rice, pinto beans, tofu, and then x2 guac. i get the same thing every time and every time they seem to either get chicken or pulled pork mixed into my burrito. and this is scary because how am i supposed to bite into it without knowing what’s in it. the last 3 times i’ve been there recently they screwed me over. the 1st recent one was a full piece of pulled pork i found in my burrito mixed in. the second was not 1 not 2 but 5 pieces of chicken in my burrito mixed in. this one was from mobile ordering. btw the new way they are taking care of mobile orders, isn’t infront of you like where u start a line, it’s in the back they have a whole set up with everything but just doing the orders there now ?!? anyways the third time was today. 6/29/25 i walked in and ordered a burrito to go. and everything looked fine i didn’t see any pieces of meat being in the burrito while they where making it. but when i got home and started eating my burrito there was a small piece of pulled pork mixed in it looked like it must’ve fallen in the tofu bucket which there is no protection over and is right next to the meat. as a vegetarian transitioning to a vegan, this is not only concerning but disgusting. they do not care about the cross contamination of meat from a animal to vegan tofu from a plant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PANCHEROS TO ANY...

Not really impressed with this place. I guess I am just used to authentic Mexican Food made in a kitchen, not Subway style in front of me. The food was mediocre, nothing I will be going back for. For the price I paid for what I got, I would rather go to a dine in authentic Mexican restaurant. There must have been at least 6 people working behind the preparation/food bar and the bar was a sloppy mess. I understand they are trying to work quickly and efficiently, and it was a busy time when I walked in, but the customer can see all of that. The customer is supposed to see that, otherwise it would not be set up that way. They were slopping food all over the place, mixing items. Once I paid the exorbitant price I proceeded to search for a table. There were about 5 open, every single one was filthy and needed to be wiped down. Have we not learned anything from COVID?? The napkin dispenser was empty; I had to alert the cashier to that as well as the dirty tables. Several minutes later, another employee came out to attend to these duties, but her first priority was to fill the napkins instead of cleaning the tables. Did I mention I was there at a busy time, when customers would be searching for a clean table to sit at? Parking is plentiful, the location...
Read moreCame in the other day for pickup order, at least 8 people waiting around for their order, one guy said he had been waiting for quite a while. not sure why so backed up but had never seen that before. Today family member ordered online, I made another stop first and when got to Panch there was one "mgr" and 5 other workers. gave mgr name and he said he sees the order but did it did not get printed out, then directed me to go thru line and he would not charge me (thanks as we already paid ahead), I called family to find out what was all ordered as I was not the one that did the ordering. mgr noticed that I was on phone, I let him know had to find out what was ordered. he then said he could print out and have guys make....maybe should have done that first? Tried to leave message online but wanted phone number, email, etc. I don't want to give out more info, I don't want unneeded emails/calls/text, I don't need free food as compensation, and I hate to leave a public negative rating but was only choice. what I really want is a well oiled machine like it used to be when owner and old mgr...
