The amount of stress we had the day before our wedding dealing with this store is unreal. Over half of our bridal parties clothes didn't fit. Luckily only a few needed new shirts/pants the others said they could deal with the wrong sizes. Then when we were trying to get the correct fit we were told that the earliest it would be in was 11 am the day of our wedding. Completely unacceptable. Thankfully after a few hours of phone calls everyone was able to get the correct stuff the day before but I would never ever reccomend them to anyone. Not to mention when my husband picked up his garmet bag inside was a shirt and vest but no pants. We didn't even have vests for our wedding 🤔 go anywhere else. Weddings are stressful enough without adding this place into the mix. Also how do you tell the bride and groom by the way the day after your wedding we need everything back. You need it back on a Sunday? I still get angry thinking...
Read moreWe went into the store just to see what was available. We were on a time crunch and needed something in less than 24 hours. Emily helped my fiancé find an amazing dinner jacket perfect for the event we were going to. We were hesitant on the price so we told her we’d come back the next day. Sure enough when we returned she set him up with not only the jacket but with custom pants (tailored by the next day), two shirts, two ties, and cuff links. Amazing employee who knows her stuff and can rock a custom pantsuit. We will definitely be back for the wedding suits and just for fun-both of us, and Emily will be our go-to person. Read moreWedding Tux Rental: I went in to set up everything for a destination wedding in another state. I was measured and we picked colors and vests and everything was decided. When one of my groomsmen went to get measured, they said they would have to pick the colors and that they would have to pick up the tux in their location and fly it to the wedding destination and drop it back off where they picked it up... All in two days! Needless to say it took many phone calls with managers and employees to fix the colors and pick up locations for everyone. I haven't had the wedding yet, but I have little to no confidence that the tux's are going...
