I have been in three times now to get you to change the main number back to mine and not my 8 year old. Looks like I have to go back a forth time because it’s still not fixed. My child doesn’t need my bills and log in information. They tell you they fixed the problem to still have the same issue month after month . Not to mention when I got my phone the tech locked my out of my Apple ID because he went into my email and changed my password . I was locked out for a week so we had three phones we couldn’t use during that time. All I hear is I’m sorry he shouldn’t have done that. Well that doesn’t fix the issue. Not to mention I removed someone from the account and they forgot to do it . So they want you to come get a phone treat you nice until you sign . Then your the dirt beneath their feet. Catch an attitude when you ask them to explain things . If you want to be talked down to and be treated like an idiot because they can’t really answer your question go to us cellular. Read moreUS Cellular is a complete joke. I have waited 1 month so far for a new phone but somehow the cell phone company ran out. If you go in to get help all they do is give you a phone number and website to go to. The phone number they give you is an automated phone number and it only tells you to go to the website to file a claim. When you go to the website to file a claim it will ask you 4-5 questions and no matter how you answer it wont file a claim it will only give you another number to call. If you call that number on average it takes 15-20 min to get an actual person. Every time they will tell you to go into the store for assistance. No matter what you will not be assisted and it will take a lot of phone calls to actually file a claim but even if you file a claim you will still be waiting 1 month for a new phone and I still havent received anything and everytime i call to see whats going on they literally tell me they dont have any phones to ship out and that my claim is on hold. Read moreThis location has progressively gotten absolutely terrible... Sadly it's Dubuque's only corporate store therefore it's the only one to accept cash as payment. Unfortunately even for payments, you must check into a poorly run queue and wait for well over an hour - making it a huge inconvenience and a gamble of time. Simply don't ever visit if you're on any type of time constraint. Times are tough for everyone, understandably, though the sense of urgency at this place is non-existent and is perceived as wholly rude & impersonal. Of course, autopay would be ideal and would "save me the inconvenience of having to wait over an hour to pay my bill," sure, though as a restaurant worker, cash is still preferred in my world...
