Sierra — Local services in Dubuque

I lost my wallet and I was in a panic had no idea were it was and this store was the last place I had it. So I came back to the store and asked them if they seen it and they said no but would keep an eye out for it. And a few hours later they call me saying I left it in one of the carts can’t believe I did it but the moral of the story is that they were very kind and had such great Hospitality and customer service. I would most definitely recommend this store to anybody who is looking to get a couple of things for cheap. They had a lot of good sales and deals. 5 stars all around for everyone who works here. Thank you guys so much. And I hope to maybe be apart of your team someday...

very disappointed with my experience, found a golf set that had been marked down. was about to buy it then an employee came up and said i couldn’t because it was missing a 9 iron. then proceeded to tell me that he would have to break all the clubs and throw them out. told him i didn’t care and still wanted to purchase it but was told he would get fired if he sold it. i also mentioned my situation to the lady cashing us out and she didn’t help. so what i learned from this experience is that this big corporation would rather throw away and waste products then sell them to...

I was in the store today and was looking to purchase a golf set when an employee approached me and was trying to sell me on the set which was then realized to be missing a 9 iron and we were then told we could not purchase the set then. I asked multiple times to still purchase and again they refused. They took the set in the back and the employee then told us they would be broken and snapped in half and thrown out.
