Scarborough Faire Shopping Village — Local services in Duck

Duck did their shopping offerings right. This is a nice set up. With covered parking, if you are lucky. You have your typical vacation spot offerings. Quirky shops. Snarky shops. Locl art shops. T-shirt shops. Fudge and ice cream are available too. You can walk across the street and get more of the same and walk the boardwalk along the sound. There are more food options across the street. So, do some shopping, then go get some food....

Stopped by Outer Banks Popcorn Shoppe to pickup a medium sized bag of Cinnamon Twist Popcorn. My sister had purchased a variety of flavors from this store the day before. They have 20+ flavors to choose from and if you have a combo of flavor they don't offer, they will custom make you a batch while you wait. They offer free samples and are family owned and operated! A great little shopping complex tucked back in a little wooded area. The shops are all connected by a wonderful wooden boardwalk. We stopped early in the morning to get coffee and a chicken biscuits from Treehouse Coffee. Delicious.

Unfortunately, the little shops weren't open yet when we stopped through. There looked like there were some good ones too. And there was an ice cream shop as well. Definitely...
