I had an amazing experience at BB’s Dominican Salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. My stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and worked magic on my hair! The wash experience was wonderful. I could tell they use high-quality products that left my hair feeling clean and refreshed. I also received a replenishing hair treatment with a hair steam that made my hair incredibly soft and healthy. Even the trim was perfect, she only cut what was needed and made sure to confirm with me before she started. The blowout left my hair silky, bouncy, and full of life. As a customer who is loyal to my previous hairdresser who I had for years in FTL (7 yrs), then moved to Orlando and found a great hairdresser for my time there, now I found Rosa and BB! Honestly, I was nervous just because. Roller set was great, then blowout with flat ironed curls. Rosa was great! Provided great advice about my hair color (advice I urgently need) and did not burn my hair with the Dominican blowout. Being Dominican myself, it was just a pleasure working with Rosa. Also met BB who surprised me because she greeted her customers by name. Very nice to see great customer service and business owners who makes it a point to get to know their customers. Today, 6/28/25, was my first visit to BB’s salon. I was able to call this morning and receive an appointment. BB was at the salon when I arrived and I only waited for a few minutes before being serviced. BB listened to what I requested and advised on what could be done. She took pictures of my hair. Even though BB had a few other customers, she split her time very well seeing about each of us. The lady that washed and rolled my hair was nice and did a good job. I left with what I wanted. When it came down to the trim, I was skeptical because I want to retain length, but BB showed me what was needed and how it would look and I went with her advice.
