I purchased a sectional not even 90 days ago. I was looking for a different style which I received so that’s one star. The sales people in the store was super sweet and accommodating so that’s two stars. The moment the couch was delivered it had some sort of powder on it which caused me to have a skin reaction. I reached out to the company they did not resolve this issue. I was told they will call me back to resolve. Nothing. Not even 30 days after purchase the buttons on the couch start to pop off as well as the frame underneath becoming loose. It feels like the boards are not in place. Almost $3k for a super low quality couch that I rarely sit on. I’m only 140 pounds by the way. I have to furnish houses and decided to purchase furniture elsewhere to finish my projects. The furniture is absolutely stunning. I just walked in to browse and ended up purchasing some really nice items. I also redeemed a free tv with my purchase. I am definitely shopping here again if I need any new furniture. Their items are good quality. I’ve bought furniture from other retailers for years and I have not been blown away like I was walking in here. Their furniture is modern and stylish. Mariah my sales rep was awesome and knowledgeable about the products. She has exceptional way of adding her ideas, which make my experience awesome. I can safely and truly say I’ll be back. The furniture pieces are elegant and enhance my home. I just love how ET, kept taking my calls and follow-ups with me. He never got frustrated nor unprofessional with me.
