By far the worst customer support/service possible. I went to Digital Car Audio to get my subs and amp installed and they offered such a great warranty and deal with everything. Halfway into install they told me i needed to buy a distribution block because my wire was about 4-6 inches short because they wired the cable the long way throughout my car, that costed me about 35 dollars more for something they could of fixed/done properly,but i was fine with it at the moment because i wanted to get it all done at once since I had all the parts,time and money to get it done at the moment. The TRICK about this place is their rip off warranty and how they present it to their customers. The LIFETIME warranty they offer and i QUOTE them, "Sir, our warranty covers anything that happens to the install/subs/amp. If your subs or amp blows we will cover it and replace everything to what it was before." When I went in today to get my bass put up higher they told me it would void my warranty completely and they would not replace anything or repair any broken products. They told me my subs (Polk Audio DB-1222) were not that good and would blow under too much power from the amp and how i should of went to them for advice on what to buy. I got all my information from friends that know a lot more about cars and subs than them, but they only thing my friends would not give me was warranty, which was why i went to this audio place. They told me that they can only cover purchased products through them and I would have to go to the place where i bought it or the manufacturer. Update 12/31/20 Ladies, you no longer have to fear upgrading your car. I went in to get a quote on replacing the tint on my 2010 Honda Accord as well as replacing factory radio w a Bluetooth Android/ Apple Play head unit. My quote was so good that I had the work done next day. If you're looking for honesty & integrity, this is your stop. If you're looking for a jack-leg that delivers unsatisfactory and careless work then good luck w your search! I have one last project, a repair to my car alarm. Even if it turns out that I need to replace. I'm in good hands! Update 5/21/20 Arrived today to replace factory door speakers & replace my headlight assembly. My lights were ordered last week. DCA team replaced my lights and changed out my door speakers professionally. Wow! I am impressed... I can hear instruments in songs that I've never heard before through factory speakers! Thank you Michael for the discount! I will be back for my tint and HID lights.

THANK YOU Michael Jr. & Team! I am very pleased with the installation of my 5 channel amp & sub woofer that enhanced my factory stereo and speakers in my 2010 Honda Accord. I will never go anywhere else, in fact I plan on returning in 2 weeks to change my factory speakers (not that I have to) because my new amp & sub give me the clarity & bass that is unbelievable! I described the type of sound that I was looking for and the team worked their magic 😄. I have been going to Digital Car Audio for years and am always pleased with their work. I was however disappointed that I wasn't able to see Junior as he was on vacation. Haven't seen him in years and would have been nice to catch up with him. Robert was a Fantastic installer. They installed a bull bar with a 20 inch light bar and even got my side steps on in 1 day. They stayed the extra hour till 7pm just to make sure I was done and happy with everything! Anthony & Robert were a pleasure to deal with. As always I went to the right place for all my car's added equipment. Anthony was doing tint on someone's car and helped Robert whenever he needed a hand. I couldn't be happier with the way my Jeep Grand Cherokee looks now. When businesses mess up I'm the first one to write it because everyone should know about their work ethics. I will praise you if I feel I was givin a good price and a job well done. Listen, I'm an average person who always is looking for a great price and great work so give them a shot because you won't be sorry! I know Junior from going their so many times and he's a great guy but I have no interest in writing BS just for people I know. It's the price & work I write about, and I have high standards.
