If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, do NOT eat here. They are shockingly rude here even when it’s a mistake on their part. Their prices have also increased. My sister had requested a Dragon roll just without any eel- which the lady said could be done. The waiter brings the food (at least 30 minutes after we’ve already ordered), and my sister notes that there is meat she doesn’t recognize. She asks the waiter what it is, and the lady responds that it is eel. Apparently they just omitted the eel sauce, and not the actual eel. My sister says that she cannot eat this, and this lady dares to yell at us/ask us “Can you read?”, and keeps aggressively pointing at the menu in our faces. I can understand if there are language barriers, but it was their mistake and she should not have been shockingly rude about it. Perhaps she has something against desis. Never have we ever been so rudely treated at a restaurant. The food was late and cold, and this staff member was so rude that it ruined our whole experience. My husband and I had eaten there before, and it looks like their prices increased. Again, if you have a food allergy/restriction- I’d highly recommend you double check your order. But I would advise just going to a different sushi place that is more considerate and is likely to be the same price range (given their recent price increase). If I could give 0...
Read moreI was really hoping this would be a good spot based on reviews. I knew the interior would be nice as I loved the Indian restaurant that had occupied the building previously. I was not at all impressed by the food, the service was uncomfortable, and the tea?!
I ordered a simple spicy tuna roll. It was neon orange and not spicy at all. A bowl of spicy Miso ramen was really what I was looking forward to. Unfortunately, there was zero flavor in the broth. Literally it tasted like hot water. No spice, no seasonings, no ginger, garlic, oil, nothing. And the pork was sad, hard as nails, grisly little bone-bits, completely inedible. It looked so good, that steaming bowl. I was so sad when I ate some. The only thing passable was the egg, while overcooked, was marinates and I could actually taste it. Upon leaving, waitress asked if I'd like to sample some Hong Kong Iced Tea. I had overheard another customer raving about it and was curious. It was instant tea, with some lemon and maybe a touch of honey. Instant ice tea mix in Georgia? Oh, no. Sadly, I should've saved my money and gone to that ramen shop in Suwannee, or that great new sushi spot in FB. If you like less than mediocre food and answering the waitress every 5 mins, go for it. But there's a ton of way better options, especially...
Read moreWe started supporting this new place since November but what happened last night was terrible and we stopped going there. For once we thought we have found the place we like as food and service but let's give benefit of a doubt. The food last night was good as before but there was tension between the manager or the owner and 2 staff and the argument was taken in front of customers even though there was only our party at the time. The management upset the servers therefore they ignored our existence last night. We weren't given any attention even though we tried hard to get one. At the end I brought the bill to the counter because staff was still mad at the manager for criticizing loudly in the customers. I understand the disagreement and controversies but I am disappointed for their immature levels and unprofessionalism. There is a business going on and we were not ghosts. Get it straight between your management and staff because no customers will like it. You have lost a loyal customer. It's sad because I was just introducing my friend to this new place and it ruined the...
