DO NOT do business with this store, the customer service was horrendous! I’ll try to make this a short review but this experience was unbelievable. We go in to find a tux for my sons prom, a short older red haired lady helped us, not positive but I believe she is the manager. During the entire fitting we were belittled and told we were wrong on how things should fit. When my son tried on the shirt and said we would like to try on a smaller one she argued that she measured correctly and this is the shirt that went with the measurements, my husband said I don’t care what the measurements are the shirt is to big we would like to try a smaller one, he had to repeat this several times because she kept insisting she measured correctly. The same thing happened with the jacket and the pants. My husband got so frustrated he left the store and went to the car. We finally got to the final order and wanted a purple bow tie that would match, they couldn’t get one so we ordered a black bow tie instead. All of us left the experience very irritated and frustrated. A few weeks later we go to pick up the order, same woman. Pants were to short, she argued but agreed to have her tailor make them longer. As we were looking through the order we discovered a long tie not a bow tie, she argued and said that is what I ordered. I finally have had enough, at no point did we discuss nor did we want anything but a bow tie. She did offer (very antagonist like) to overnight a bow tie or give us one. I told her no I live an hour away and am not driving back for a bow tie and I told her I don’t want anything free from her. She literally yelled at me that customers arent always right. I was standing at a nearby display and she came over and lunged towards me (I actually had the thought that she might hit me) and told me that customers like me are the reason she is putting in her notice. I told her that was probably a good thing and that we are spending money here we should not be talked to like this. She told me that was my choice and I told her it will never be my choice again. My husband and I went and stood by the door until the pants were done and we listened to her complain about us to the...
Read moreMen's warehouse provided our tuxes for our wedding. We set up the wedding party in January for a wedding that next December. Not one tux came in correct. The groom's tux had the wrong pocket square... our colors were black gray and white. The pocket square was aqua blue. The groomsmen were supposed to have gray vests, they all had black. The father of the groom and the bride were supposed to have all gray, their vests were black.
The kicker here is that the father of the groom and one of the groomsmen have the same name. The day before the wedding, the groomsmen went to check to make sure his tux fit. He had the tux shipped here because he traveled 14 hours and didn't want the hassle of picking it up and traveling with it. We checked repeatedly that week to see if it was in and it didnt get there until the day before the wedding. His tux was the same as the father of the groom, gray. All the groomsmen were supposed to be in black. When we called to get the issue fixed, the first question I was asked was, did you read the confirmation email. Did the confirmation email tell me the groomsmen tux was going to be gray? No. Was I able to find the confirmation email easily? No. Because I literally had over 50 emails from men's warehouse to sift through since we ordered our tuxes for the wedding from there.
I will admit, the lady who helped us out originally was great. She was polite and answered all our questions. My issue here is that when we did come in weeks prior to the wedding to get my now stepson re-fitted for his tux, the older gentleman working was rude and didn't want to help at all. I was overall disappointed with how everything turned out because we did pay a lot of money to rent the...
Read moreTHEY DON'T CARE HOW IT FITS. at. all. at all.
The service was HORRIBLE. The jacket I received was the wrong size dispite me telling them when they measured me that was not the right size. they told me it didnt fit because my shoulders were wider than my hips. I would be so concerned if that weren't the case. they older dude forced to help me was no help at all. He sent me out the door with a jacket two sizes too big and could not have cared less when I came back the next day because my family said I look like an idiot.
Lucky for me they had the same jacket on a mannequin in the size i told them and it fit! imagine that. the only problem was the sleeve length. this is when it got fun. From the moment the seamstress galloped on her cloven hooves out of the back she was a witch. she yelled at me saying she didnt have time for me to change into the dress shirt to put under my jacket. maybe she had things to do, maybe her cauldron was boiling over in the back, who knows but you don't yell at a customer and tell them you don't have time.
i would have been better off throwing my jacket at a tree full of birds and other Cinderella animals and having then hem the sleeve than this seamstress. she had to shorten the sleeves TWICE and the end result was two uneven sleeves and her saying, "I don't know what you want."
how about it fitting. that would be nice.
the amount of guys walking out the door in stuff that didnt fit was incredible. one man in particular said his pants were too big. they adjusted the side clips and they were still too big. Normally you would have them order you a different pair of pants. but the guy helping him threw suspenders at him instead. THEY DON'T FIT. HE NEEDS...
