Sleep Number — Hotel in Duluth

We came in looking for a new Sleep Number bed, ours is 20 years old. CHRIS helped by starting out educating us on the technology and changes now offered. We tried many of the beds, learned about the differences, and helped understand our best sleep numbers. I didn't feel overwhelmed and was able to grasp the info because he was careful to present it making sure we kept up! After much discussion and we decided on the most expensive bed as we felt it meets our needs and we know the value of buying the best so we get our Best rest! The folks at Sleep Number were very knowledgeable about their products. We found them to be respectful and patient with all our questions. We continued to check out other beds by different companies but in the end, we went with the Sleep Number. We loved the fact that we could control the firmness on each of our sides of the bed. The sales people at the Duluth store did not need to "pitch" the greatness of these beds. The one we purchased will be our third one. our first was 30 years ago, the second is 20 years old(we are putting it in a spare bed room) They explained how the new ones are even better than the old ones.
