Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Duluth

Went to grab lunch while xmas shopping and it was not a very good experience at all! I had to wait in line for a very long time and the line is set up awful with customers already served AND waiting walking thru and in and out and no good place to wait anywhere certainly no designated place to wait. The employees yelling the names seemed very confused as to who ordered what and THE WORST PART IS I WAITED IN LINE FOR ALL THAT TIME TO BE TOLD THEY NO LONGER SERVE THE 2 THINGS ID LIKE!! THEY HAVE IT ON ALL THE MENUS THEN AT THE CASH REGISTER THERES A SHEET OF PAPER SAYING THEY NO LONGER SERVE ANY GNOCCHI OR ANY PORK OR THIS OR THAT! LONG STORY SHORT I COULDNT GET WHAT I WANTED OR EVEN 3 THINGS I PICKED INSTEAD!! THIS PLACE PROBABLY HAS GOOD TASTING FOOD IF THEY ACTUALLY SERVE ANY OF IT & YOU CAN FIGHT YOUR WAY THRU A MOB OF WANDERING PEOPLE MILLING AROUND ALL OVER & THEY CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT YOUR ORDER IS AND IF THEY EVEN SERVE IT ANYMORE! I GAVE IT 1 STAR CUZ I HAVE TO GIVE IT 1! ID GIVE 0 IF POSSIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE & THEY DONT SERVE HALF THE MENU I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM...

Ive have the same kid now take my order the last two times ive been there. He had no idea there was bacon available as an add on for the noodles and told me they didnt have bacon. I told the lid that I order my pasta with bacon everyday but that didnt seem to matter to him. He messed up my whole families order that day, there wasnt a meal that didnt have something wrong with it. Then today i had him again. I ordered the same thing i get Everytime. " pesto cavatappi noodles add an extra order of noodles, no vieggies, add bacon, add chicken breast. The kid seemed to have it down this time, but when i got home with my "to-go" order i found out that He has no idea what hes doing. I had Wisconsin mac and cheese noodles? no extra noodles, and NO BACON for the second time. I love noodels&co but i've now paid extra money for my add ons and haven't received them twice. Not sure who the kid is. he was working tonight 9/17/16 at 6pm in the duluth mall. I never do this stuff but i have a feeling he's not only messing up my orders, but everyone else's and it needs to...

Food is always good at noodles. Unfortunately the service is not. We have food delivered to our hotel from the Duluth-Miller Trunk Highway location. I specifically stated in the order we needed plastic ware. I did no come with the order. I called the store. At first it took forever to answer the phone. Then a girl says "that's weird, I'll get my manager." She is whispering to someone that she doesn't know how to put a call on hold. Finally she figures it out. After 5 more minutes holding Matt, the manager, picks up. He almost forgets to apologize for the screw up before he tells me to go traipsing around my hotel in search of my own plastic ware. I hung up. What a waste of my time. And, after I hung up and found a fork in my bag that I didn't know I had, I realized that they also didn't put me one of the extra vegetables I asked for in the order also and charged me for it. Guess I don't need to go back there. Too bad. I actually love their food. Edit: the soda is wrong...
