Excellent customer service provided upon discovering and correcting a piano bench covering snafu after upholstering. The “Plus” was the time and attention the owner Rafael spent when he initially saw prior to upholstering that my Bargello canvas dimensions were off and it required additional stitches on each side as he so aptly calculated.
