It was my first time going to this place I went in yesterday Christmas Eve and SONY did my hair I explained I wanted a balayage hair color I took in a picture of what I wanted done and she said she could do it exactly like the picture so I trusted her she was nice and all and was explaining to me that she would do it exactly like the picture when I was done I could barely not even notice she did much my hair was still soooooo dark you could see a little bit of color change only if you went outside other then that no change at all ,my husband was so upset and mad that I paid all that money for nothing he said he couldn’t even tell she did anything I was so disappointed and upset because she told me it would fade to lighter but thats not going to happen it’s way to dark and she still charged me full price and it’s just upsetting because we don’t make a lot of money and this was a lot for us to spend just like that right now especially during...

I'm so glad I found this saloon. If I had to use 3 words to describe the service, they would be ORGANIC, HEALTHY and PRICE. I had my hair very damaged and uneven from previous treatments and thought it was going to be hard to get it fixed. Sony did a great job and she made it look so easy, I went out with a beautiful ombre color (no bleach!) and healthy look. I consulted other stylists before and they said they couldn't do that because of the condition of my hair, but Sony did it! She fixed everything, dryness, color, white hair, EVERYTHING. I have been going to this salon for about 5-6 years now, their prices are outstanding and the owner lady’s skill for haircutting and color is amazing!. She really knows what she is doing and does not try to sell you anything forcefully. She kept recommending me to highlight my hair for a long time, and I finally decided to do it today.
