Carolyn's Florals and Baskets — Local services in Duncan

I ordered a dozen roses from Carolyn’s Florals and Baskets for $100, expecting them to last longer than 3-5 days. Unfortunately, they began wilting almost immediately. It was clear the delivery lady knew they were aging, as she tried to overcompensate by spraying them down with some sort of rose spray after the coworkers commented on their condition.

To make matters worse, the recipient's name was horribly misspelled on the card, with the error implying something deeply inappropriate and upsetting. I truly hope this was unintentional, but the oversight caused significant distress.

I called the shop the following morning (a Saturday) to address the issue, left a message, and still have not received any response or resolution. Apparently it doesn't matter.

For the price, I expected better quality, attention to detail, and customer service. I am totally dissatisfied and cannot recommend...

I went here the day before my moms 64th bday in search of the perfect floral arrangement possible. Mrs. Carolyn was ready to assist me and advise me in choosing the best flowers for the arrangement. She even went out of her way to purchase the beautiful decorative box to place them in. The arrangement is one of the best I’ve seen thus far. Carolyn was absolutely wonderful for a last minute birthday arrangement on Valentine's Day, 50 minutes before she closed. This was my first time here. I walked in hoping to find something premade in the cooler for a colleague's birthday. Being Valentine's Day, she was sold out of everything premade. However, she was so kind and accomodating, she whipped me up the most gorgeous arrangement on the spot. Because of this professionalism and accommodation, I will only use Carolyn's in the future....
