Merritt Park Shopping Center — Local services in Dundalk

On today, we arrived at 5:47pm and placed and order. We were never told a time to come back to pick our order up, so we arrived back about 40 minutes and I went to the pick up window twice and asked for the order. The second time I was told it was not ready but order taker said she would see how long. Never did I receive a response in reference to how long. Finally, my husband went up to the window and stood approximately 7 minutes. He then went inside and came out in approximately 5 minutes later, but was told they had no rolls (bread). He then told them he was not going to wait for the bread. We waited a little over and hour for our order on today. This also happened once before on October 5th, 2021 also.

It's a really really beautiful shopping center it's at the bottom of the hill so it's a little hard to see from the road but I think that's what helps but serve its beauty

I lived in this area for about three years now and I have only been to the shopping center three times but just from the layout of the parking lot it feels like I should've bought my MasterCard

No gum on the sidewalks no graffiti lots of parking poor lighting though someone is going to get hit by a car

Turn the lights on down there I don't know if the timer isn't set with the photo sensor is off I was driving a round in a pitch black parking lot

The customer service here was EXCEPTIONAL!! These folks knew this wasn't the typical type of food I cooked by my appearance .....they took it upon themselves to offer me help and direction. That doesn't happen very often in today's customer service in B.more! We are used to waiting forever to be assisted! Not here tho, these people went above & beyond! The dish recommended to me was quite tasty! I was pretty impressed with myself, they gave me simple directions and excellent products to cook with! My dish turned out great! Can't wait to eat...
