AAA dispatched them to me for a towing to Jem’s at 128 Wood Avenue here in Middlesex. The receptionist contacted me to ask me if I needed to ride in the tow truck which I responded yes. She said in order for me to ride in the tow truck I would have to pay $25! I said are you serious? I’m a premier member of AAA and I was completely shocked!! So after paying her, I contacted AAA who informed me that I shouldn’t have to pay, mind you, the tow is 2 miles away and I couldn’t believe it!! Now to top that off this is almost 3 hours into my waiting the woman calls back saying she’s reimbursing my money and the tow driver won’t be coming!! Would you believe that I had to get another tow driver but the craziest part is that the receptionist told them that they’re not a taxi service!! The rating should be a Zero!! I had a really great experience today this Flamenco Towing was able to tow my car today after triple a had several failed attempts in doing so this team including the dispatcher was able to get my suv out of my garage without the vehicle being able to start.
