I've consigned there many times and made some nice purchases too. But this time was different. Having to make an appointment 3 months out is absurd. When I get the urge to purge my closet I don't want the items sitting around my house for months. I want to take them as soon as possible. I pulled fall from my closet and by the time my appointment rolled around they were only taking Spring. They limit how many items you can bring to be reviewed to 25, but they only took 5. More hassle than what it's worth. When I went to pick up my items the salesperson gave me major snobby attitude about the fact that I didn't understand retail ( I was concerned that they marked down my items) and they don't take many Vera Bradley bags because "my 16yr old buys Vera, not our clients". Not only will I not consign there, but I probably won't shop there either. Chill the snobby attitude - your stuff isn't as "high end"...
