I visit Atlanta twice a year for 6 nights each and go to Crema once or twice each time. I love the place! Today had pistachio latte and it was fab. No problem using my reusable steel mug that holds the heat. We sat there for 2 hours and it was hot for 2 hours. Dunkin won't do that, and that's enough reason for me to never ever go back there.
My friend and I shared matzoh ball & chicken soup ($9.90). FAB. Zero problem serving the large soup -- 16z --in two bowls. Also served to share with 2 plates was mushroom quiche with a delicious little salad ($11.50). As usual, Crema was a delight and I can't wait to go back. AND I got my wish! We went back yesterday, Saturday April 12. I had the fabulous pistachio latte in my steel coffee container and my friend tried it too. I loved my latte and so did my friend. We shared florentine quiche (with spinach and turkey bacon) $11.95. Perfect to share. We both loved it and the nice little salad it comes with, beautifully served on two plates. Also shared was was "classic tuna salad" served on an Italian ciabatta roll with hummus, egg, tomatoes, pickles and arugula $10.50. FABULOUS. The ciabatta roll was the best with seeds and crunch. SO GOOD. Another great Crema lunch. Only 3 more days for me in Atlanta. I'd so love to to make it back to Crema another time!!! BRAVO to Crema for your delightful restaurant and food!
AND I WENT BACK Monday 4-14-25!! What a treat. This will be it until I return in the summer. I had the FAB pistachio latte $5.95 and my friend had latte macchiato $4.75. We shared the Farmer Goat Cheese salad that I ordered without the craisins (chopped romaine, fresh arugula, mixed nuts (great), sweet potatoes that sort of looked like croutons, basil pesto, and Italian vinaigrette $13.95) FANTASTIC! Very generous portion and perfect to share. I highly recommend...
Read moreI used to love this location until they added on new members. I noticed the owner is not there often anymore. I witnessed a female cook walking from outside with gloves on carrying a dirty cup and walking back into the kitchen to fix peoples food. There is also a young lady with dark brown hair (Mazey I believe) that loves to gossip and acted as if refixing my food was a problem after explaining the issue. Please rehire staff. Some of the original girls still there (about 2 of them) are still pleasant to deal with and don't have attitudes and an unpleasant demeanor. If I'm paying for it, I ask for what I want. If you can't provide the service, I won't come here. And if you like eating off the floor or dirty items, that's your preference. Stop acting as if its a problem when someone tells you they're dissatisfied especially if you're unsanitary and nasty! I don't have to give you another chance by politely informing you and can get a refund and never return. Get out of the food industry. It's simple. Covid didn't teach people anything but to be more careless. Also you all need to be cautious of how you're handling food. Handling food with your bare hands is never okay! I don't care if it doesn't require you...
Read moreCrema has got everything I crave in a coffee shop. To start, the caffeinated options are vast and expertly crafted. I went with the pour over option which had the perfect perkiness I desired while also bringing the flavors I expected and representing the beans well. The seating is conducive to long hours of work if needed and they even have a patio out front for outdoor enjoyment. Where Crema stands out is their food options. For a savory breakfast the choice was obvious with a bagel and lox. It was nearly the best thing ever and I have eaten the same dish for comparison in Brooklyn before. The bagel was lovely with its crisp outer texture and soft on the inside. Some cucumbers elevated my experience and brought some freshness to this breakfast treat. This alone had me satisfied but next time I will have to save room for their expansive pastry selection. Crema is a place I desire to become a regular and should be easily done since we just bought our first home in the nearby Kingsley neighborhood. And if you are looking for a good dentist my office is just across the street at Dunwoody...
