Wow, Cook's Cleaning Company was fabulous!. They responded in a timely manner and their prices are extremely competitive. Kelly is extremely couteous. He did a great job. We had one problem area, with pet stains on a light carpet. Often times these stains resurface a cpl weeks after cleaning. When i contacted him to let him know that had happened, he came back up and treated a second time, no charge. He then folliwed up a couple weeks later to check! What fabulous customer service!
