Farmers Insurance - Joe Dayton Booth — Local services in Durant

I have had my home and Auto with this agency for 3 years. I have thought several times to shop for a better rate. Today I am so grateful that I haven't. During the last storm my roof started leaking, I spoke with Joe "Dayton" Booth, he had someone here the next day, its been less than 1 week, my claim has been approved with out fuss. I was a licensed agent for several years and I work in the Mortgage industry so I see rates from everywhere, and I'm positive I could have saved some money on my premiums, however as with almost everything you get what you pay for. My roof is pretty old, however instead of trying to sale me a cheaper policy Dayton made sure I had replacement cost, which means they will pay what it cost to replace. Please be careful with looking for the cheapest route it may come back to bite you. I also gave to call insurance companies all day long, the online and 800 companies may compete with costs, but they can't compete with having a person pick up the phone when you call, and even better calling to check to make sure everything is going smoothly and to see if you have any questions. We moved here 4 years ago and needed to get all of our insurances over to Oklahoma. We met Dayton and he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help us find the plans that worked for us in our personal usage as well as our business. We will never carry insurance through any one else as you literally get what you pay for and Dayton makes it such a pleasurable experience for all that he handles.
