I came in on Sunday to try some stuff out, I had a wonderful experience with the staff. I feel that some of the customers make the experience difficult to enjoy with the way the were talking to the girls. She was helping some other people get in to their rooms and the customer started being really rude she called her a horrible name, and yelled at her over the phone.
