My phone was shut off without my knowledge or permission so I went down the next day to have it turned back on. 105° and a 40 mi drive with no air conditioner. I am disabled and had my service dog with me. By the time I got there I was suffering symptoms of heat exhaustion but they would not let me come in the store to turn my phone on or even to cool off because my dog did not have her vest on even though I had her card. They wanted me to lock her in the car in 105° weather before they would turn my phone on or they said someone could come and help me outside.
