Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Durant

Went to drive through on Sunday the 18th. When I pulled up I was asked to please wait. I did wait for about 6 minutes. I decided to pull around to the parking area and go in since there was no one inside the dinning area and the drive through was not being attended to.

I went inside to find 3 staff chatting together and not doing much. At the counter one of the staff attempted to take my order but struggled to understand what I was trying to order. He asked me what the item was I was trying to order more than once so I pointed out its on the menu above the counter. It did not help. Once my order was finally entered, I paid by CC. After some period of time and register work I was told the CC was declined. He then needed to know what I was trying to order again. At this point I really doubted anything good was going to come out of this attempt to buy ice cream and I opted to go across town to the local Braums. Went to eat lunch and nobody greets you, the kids working were talking bad about another customer right in front of us before they took our order. The order took an eternity to come out , but we could hear the kids laughing an calling each other names horsing around, when our food came nothing was labeled an the girl just tossed our order on the table for us to figure out, and then it was wrong. Food was mediocre at best, and the staff was so unfriendly, never said sorry or thanks for coming. We will not go back. Oh an no body was wearing gloves or hair nets. Just an all around...

I placed a order for 2 of the $6 double chesse burger meals only meat and cheese and mayo with onion rings. Another $6 double chesse burger only meat chesse and mayo with fries. I got 3 fries 1 onion rings . 1 burger with mustard 1 burger meat and cheese. I went back through the drive threw. I told the kid what was wrong and he took my receipt. I finally got my food. Got home and the new burgers only had 1 patty on them not 2. By this time the sundae were melted. When I called the store the kid said you are calling because your missing a patty on your burgers.
