Great friendly place with home town feel. They took great care of me after having my car for over a month until i got in a fender bender in the complementary loaner car they offered. Then they started acting like i was a horrible person that didn't deserve a sread of kindness. After being told my car was ready to be picked up from their service department i make it to colbert only to break down again. They were actual kind sent a tow truck to pick me up free of charge but denied me a loaner car to get to work for the rest of the week since my car would be in the shop another week. All because the accident that wasn't my fault and my insurance convered it in that first place. After they didn't finish my car in the first place. But this isn't for hoyte as a business but there service department. The treatment after the accident was horrible i just got in the accident and felt horrible but then when i get to the Durant dealership to pick up my vehicle the employee was very short with me and kept making sure the service manager wouldn't give me a loaner car after breaking down 20min after leaving there with what was supposed to be a repaired vehicle. And my full coverage insurance covered the accident. The employee starts hounding me about needing info for the insurance claim after i informed them i been through enough and at the moment i did not want to be on the phonewith the insurance they could call me on my cell later if they needed me but the employee proceeds to call my insurance after i had already spoke with them the day before. I ended up getting dropped off in one of their loaner cars by an employee after being told they couldn't loan me a car because they didn't have one. So left to figure out how to get back and forth to work and get my kids to school while my car is in the shop. Fingers crossed i don't loose my job over this. Hope what they made from us was worth losing our business forever, and will make sure everyone I knows hears what they did. Went there to purchase used truck, trading in another vehicle. We looked up value of our trade before going. When we told them what we wanted she asked where we got that value. Told her from KBB, she said nobody uses that anymore, we use NADA and it shows loan value to be $8k. She said we will put it on the lot for that, if it doesn't sell in 2 weeks, it goes to auction. Offered us $7500. Should have left right then, our fault, but she changed the conversation to monthly payments. After they checked our credit scores, we agreed on a $ amount for 60 months. She said "I believe we can get you there". We signed to have credit run. In case you don't know, running your credit lowers your score. The payment came back considerably higher. Again, we should have left, but the purchase was actually my son's with me co-signing to help build his credit. He wanted the truck and said yes. Signing the paperwork and title of truck seem to show that I was the purchaser, and he the co-signer. Today we checked their website to see if they listed his trade yet. It was, after being lied too that the loan value was only $8k, they have it listed at $13500, which is what KBB said the value was. I guess its NADA when its them buying, and KBB when the public buys. Its people like this that give used car salespeople a bad reputation. Read moreThe absolute worst service i have ever recieved from a dealership! I bought a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas from them in August of 2023 and i have had nothing but issues with the car. Although i got the warranty on the vehicle, they still deny my claim on my motor needing to be rebuilt for minor build up. Tanner very boldly told me “well this is what happens when you buy used cars”. It was in and out of their shop many times leading up to February, and to the point where they told me to take it to Volkswagen because they are not skilled on the Volkswagen vehicles. My car has been in the Volkswagen shop since February 21st 2024 waiting for the go ahead on the repair for the vehicle. Volkswagen has told me several times that they have never seen a warranty deny a claim on such a minor amount of build up. I have been given the run around many many times from the service manager and cannot get a call back from the General Manager, Kris. I strongly advise everyone to stay clear from this dealership. They do not stand on their word, they do not follow through and they sold me a car with many many issues and will not fix them even when we purchased the warranty. I am a member of this community and im so saddened to see them take advantage of me and my family this way. I have made 8 payments on this car and it has barely been in my possession, let alone a safe car for me to drive.
