I went in to confirm mattress thickness because I was going to purchase one on line. Jason had me to lay on several different mattress"s he really educated me on different mattress and different which mattress is best for your sleep position. He didn't try and pressure me to buy anything. He allowed me to make up my mind of the comfort. I decided to go with a firm, he advised it would take some time to break it in just like a new pair of shoes. The first night I was so uncomfortable. I returned to the store and explained my delmia. Jason suggested a mattress topper so I could have the needed back support while still having a good night rest. He was 💯 😁 correct. I have been enjoying the best sleep ever. Thank you Jason for your help and guidance.

I purchased a new king size mattress and twin size mattress about 18 months ago. The twin is holding up well. The king mattress is a bust. Gonna have to get rid of it. Sunken in on both sides terribly bad and is now extremely uncomfortable. My wife and I have trouble getting out of the dips where we sleep it is so sunken in. $1500 for a mattress that lasted less then 2 years. That's my experience.

Update: The owner Jason contacted me and made everything right. He bent over backwards to ensure my wife and I had a new mattress the following day. Customer service off the charts. Thank you Jason.

Update #2: After less that a year of the replacement mattress, its just not a good mattress. Same problems as before only faster. Time to...

Jason, the owner is very knowledgeable of his products. I went in and Jason asked me questions as to what I wanted in a mattress and a base. He let me lay down on different mattresses with my son and gave me space and time to make a desicion.
