Worth the trip..to DRIVE to a DIFFERENT Buffalo Wild Wings/Sports bar. A party of 8, which I now is dreadful to waitresses, as the entire party worked in the industry before... Situation occurred when my sister asked a question on the timing of food- as half the table had gotten their items and the other half waited another 15-20 mins for theirs (Which Isn't the waitresses fault- We KNOW the kitchen prepares the food and has their own procedures).. Our waitress got an attitude and asked if we wanted to speak to the manager, which we denied as there was no need, we we're simply asking a question... Another 10 minutes passes and she comes back with the rest of the food but starts to aggressively drop the plate down. My sister gets upset and caller her out- There's no need to be rude? and clarifies the previous question and how she's being unprofessional. To which the waitress starts to get loud and says "What do you want to then! Then LEAVE !" At this point, as her older sister, I get involved and ask WHY she's being rude??. She then turns the situation on to me ?!? She approaches around the table while YELLING "WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT THEN, WASSUPP-" She starts pushing around chairs and her coworker comes by to HOLD HER BACK (Y'all, I'm still sitting down on the chair, puzzled as to why a woman way past her 35's, is attempting to assault a table mixed of minors and and the eldest person being roughly 27) The embarrassment was terrible, everyone in the entire restaurant at this point wasn't staring trying to figure out what's going on... We're told to leave by 3-4 different staff member including the manager. Which we were more than happy to do, however once we reach the door, the manager says she has to call the police since there's food unpaid for.. ( Mind y'all, food the wasn't touched, besides the sides and drinks, as we were waiting to have our meals all together). We were confused. Went back and forth with the manager, I OFFER to pay for my drinks and the side we ate and she's still not having it? We wait in the main indoor lobby for the cops to come. To avoid disrupting they business further, we step outside of the restaurants ( Right near their doors/side walk area) and wait for the cops. I mean, the waitress was attempting to assault us and we didn't even touch our meals.. We were okay with explaining the situation to the officer, as they also have cameras in the restaurant. ANYWAYS, long story short, one of the officers were really helpful and did his best during the situation. We ended up having to pay $65.68 for a few sips of our drinks, a couple bites of sides and an appetizer, and a TERRIBLE experience while trying to enjoy my younger 19y/o cousins birthday.. We also got hit with a trespassing/ ban from dining in at the restaurant ? Funny to think we needed to be banned to "stop us" from wanting to dine in at this specific location ... We just felt like the situation was entirely unnecessary... The manager, Jessica, did a terrible job handling the situation and her employees and keeping the integrity and core values of the restaurant. Although, I'm sure a few other dining guests did view it as "Fun...
Read moreEvan, one of the managers took a horrible situation and turned it into a magical and a lifelong memorable one! My beautiful significant other and I decided to order delivery from Buffalo Wings because we wanted to support them during these difficult times for restaurants and I had an awesome experience at one of their other locations when I dined in a few years ago. I assured her that to get the full experience of what Buffalo Wild Wings is really all about, you have to dine in but still it'll be worth it due to their delicious and vast flavor selection of tasty wings! So we ordered through their website and everything appeared to be going well with the delivery order all up until the delivery company they subcontract with, Door Dash decided to confirm that they dropped off the food, but with no wings in sight. We thought maybe the confirmation was premature so we waited for about up to 10 minutes but still no food was dropped off at our front door. Thinking that maybe door dash dropped it off in front of the leasing office, which is a good 100 yards from our unit, I briskly jaunted my way up there hoping to maybe see a plastic bag full of hot wings but nope, there was no wings in sight. So I decided to circle around our apartment complex and look for the door dash person as we live at a pretty big complex but still no wings were to be found. So after spending a good 30 minutes of trying to find our wings, my SO and I took turns calling Buffalo Wild Wings and no one would answer the phone. We had no choice but to drive to Buffalo Wild Wings to tell them what happened since at this point we can't even get a refund on our order since they're not picking up their phone. Long story short, we never got our wings that day and our refund that was promised by another manager never showed up by the day he promised. We called in a week later to find out why our refund never showed up and that is when Evan displayed the highest level of customer service I've ever experienced. He first listened to all of our concerns and what had happened, sympathized and apologized. Then he took down our email address and cell phone number and sent us confirmation of when we should expect that refund right after he made sure that it was actually processed by the first manager and the first manager actually did end up calling us after we had that nice conversation with Evan. On top of that he offered us a gift card to make up for this unfortunate incident and confirmed with us right when he mailed it out so that we knew for sure this time everything that he promised would actually happen. I was never able to meet Evan in person, but I'll never forget the incredible lengths he went to make sure that we're okay and good and reminded me again what genuine, real customer service is all about. Thanks a bunch Evan, you are truly an...
Read moreThat moment when you walk into a restuarant and just know it may not go well.... My son and I walk into Buffalo wild wings around 9:30pm we see 3 employees standing at the front but that quickly turned into one employee. She was busy so she called for the hostess to come back so she can seat us. She didn't come back. I said we can seat ourselves if we need to, she was like no I will be with you in just a second. A few minutes later a server came to put menus away and offered to seat us. She sat us in another servers section, I guess she wanted to be fair and that was nice of her. She says your server will be with you in a minute. 10 minutes later, no server. I asked the nice lady that sat us was that our server and she said I'm sorry I can just take your order. So she did, our order was an order of large traditional wings w/ honey BBQ, jerk, mango habanero, and Asian zing along with a basket of wedges. Yummy, right? Well 20 minutes after placing our order our original server finally comes over to apologize for not taking our order because he was busy and it will be out shortly. He offered to buy us a drink because we both ordered water. My son got a lemonade and I just kept my water. 45 minutes after placing our order he comes back after talking to the kitchen. He says I'm sorry they dropped boneless wings instead of traditional and I talked to my manager and we will give something off of your bill because you have been waiting a long time. I said thanks. Somehow he brought out an order of traditional wings and wedges in 10 minutes. Turns out the wings were the wrong flavor, which is what I told him when he finally came back with paper boats and napkins. I was upset and asked him to send the manager over because I couldn't believe he hadn't been to our table yet. Mind you I can see him from where I'm sitting. He was in the bar area at some point and then up at the host desk. He was in the kitchen at some point. After waiting for him to come to our table for 5 min. I told my son that we were leaving. The lack of service we received tonight was totally ridiculous. The fact that a manager never came by totally showed that he could care less if customers are treated properly. I have never left a restuarant starving until tonight. I just wanted some wings and they put a horrible flavor in my mouth. A whole hour of my time I can not get back and no one even stopped us to see why we were leaving. I do want to thank the young lady that helped us in the beginning but unfortunately it went down hill from there. Super...
