Went a few days ago trying to send money to a family member and an older lady came in saying I couldn't send because of some absurd reason. Ive worked in the business of sending money so I know how it works. Any way I was trying to send a larger amount and I know for a fact if you put in the amount and try to send it'll have an error message saying you can only send a certain amount and I told her send as much as possible she said we have our own rules and they have they're own rules and you can't send that amount and that I had to contact my family to see how much I could send(I've never heard of that). She was very very rude. I ended up going to another place and was able to send all the money and my family member did receive it.
