It's a mess of a shopping center and that's the nicest way to say it. There are 2 entrances to it, both off Garrett rd. So this leads to small traffic jams of cars trying to exit Bojangles and forming a steady line of cars trying to depart the shopping center. They never bothered to put a direct exit onto Durham-Chapel Hill because that would've been too easy. During certain days, it can be challenging to exit or enter. Then there's TJ Maxx which doesn't have a proper place for people to rest their used carts. So there are plenty of stray carts scattered throughout the lot. TJ's also doesn't send anyone out to round those carts up, so they're always hanging out. Next up is the cleanliness of the center. The lot has your standard waste from a fast food restaurant. Asked for water for her and he looked confused. The chicken came out on a plate, we thought nothing of it, cut up her chicken and placed it on the ground. He came back and said to us "oh I should have told you not to have the dog eat of the plate, now I have to throw the plate away." Restaurant dishwashers heat to 170 degrees and will kill whatever is on the plate. He should have brought the chicken out in the same container as he did the water if it was a problem, knowing it was for our dog. We won't return...
