I ordered a sectional sofa over a year ago. The first scheduled delivery they never showed up and when I called they said it was lost. Second scheduled delivery they came with only one section of the sofa and said they don’t know where the rest of it is. Third scheduled delivery no show saying sofa was damaged. Fourth scheduled delivery they came with two pieces of the sofa that didn’t even match what I already have. One section was ivory, the other section was beige and the section I have is white. They don’t even have the same filling. One is firm and one is soft. And of course one was damaged again. I can’t even tell you the amount of time I have spent on the phone trying to get this fixed. It’s been a full time job Not sure when I will have my sofa. They say they will call me back and never do. I will NEVER buy furniture from pottery barn again. Worst experience I ever had. Oh and white glove delivery… they wore shoes in my house on almost white...
Read moreIn this particular location, customer service is non existent. I went in to order a dining table, chairs, a bench, night stand and a set of bunk beds for our second home, I had a question about the bunk beds( I was at the Regular pottery barn store adjacent to the kids store) I walked up to 2 associates who were just standing and talking in the lighting section, first asking them about the color of the bunk bed, they quickly told me they could not help me, I needed to go to the other store. I decided to place the order myself on line, why would I give my business to a store that would not take the time to show me a wood sample. I know for a fact that both stores carry the same samples to look at. They just did not want to take the time to show me, unfortunately they lost out on a huge sale, I still have many things to order but again will do this on line,...
Read moreWe have been customers of Pretty Barn for years, but lately their supply and delivery times have been terrible. Ordered a table in January that was back ordered until March. Not ideal, but ok. March became April, then May, then June, and now July. We are at the point where we don't think that it will ever happen. This isn't the 80s or 90s. If a company can't fill orders then another one will. If this wasn't something that we were exactly looking for then we would have cancelled, but now they tell us that if we cancel we lose our Pottery Barn reward money that we used towards the purchase. It's not just this purchase either. Our last two purchase have been pushed back from the original date. They should be able to do better. I'm trying to be patient but don't want to go through this again and will look elsewhere...
