I just purchased pretzel bites and melted cheese, realized I was eating mold from the melted cheese cup and the lady tried to replace it with another cup and when she went to show me it had mold also!! She only wants to refund me for the cheese! Never again, Auntie Anne's is right upstairs, tastes better, doesn't cheat you, and it's safe to eat!

Pretzels were made to order so they are extremely fresh! The staff was friendly and works quickly! We got the Parmesan pretzel with pizza sauce.

I bought an almond pretzel, my personal favorite from any pretzel store if available. I've bought the same kind of pretzel from Auntie Anne's but I like the taste of the almond pretzel from pretzel twister better!

Service was fast and cashier was friendly. They also gave me a sample of another...

I don't go to Southpoint often but if I'm in the area I make sure to stop an order from here. I have always thought these pretzel are tasty and soft with good flavor. My personal favorite being cinnamon and sugar. I recommend anyone at least try them...
