My husband and I have collectively spent at least $2,000 at this store. From hand blown glass, to parts for our Puffco Peak. But we will not be back. One of the employees informed us that they had received a bad batch of atomizers for the Peak. Sadly, we were one of the people to purchase one. In order to find out it did not work, we had to screw it into our device. Logical. Nothing was ever put into the atomizer, no oil or wax, it was immaculate. My husband took it back to them today and they refused to return or exchange it. The reason: they thought they could see a little oil from our Peak on the grooves where it gets screwed in. Something you’d need 20/20 vision holding it in front of your eyes to see. Something that alcohol could remove. They said it wouldn’t be legal for them to accept it back. So how is it legal to sell to people in the first place if you know that they are broken? We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. While I love the Raleigh Sherlocks location, I wanted to see if there was more unique art and glass pipes at their Durham location. First off, this is not just a regular head shop - the amount of glass water pipes far exceeded my expectations and honestly…mind blown.
