As a person that lives in athlesiure I wanted to love this store. Clothes seem like great quality and I love the style. The customer service sadly change my experience for the worse. Many athletic stores run fitness professional discounts and as a fitness professional I asked the lady at the check out about it. She said applications were closed and I could apply when they reopen. I then asked if she could apply the discount if I could show proof of profession (this is not an abnormal request). Instead of simply saying no she literally laughed at me and then said no. I was shocked at her reaction. I can easily deal with a no, as I had expected that to be her answer but for her to laugh at me…..super negative experience overall. Returned what I bought due to...

Amanda Enriquez one of the Store salesperson is wonderful. She helped me try all kind of outfits on and was very patient and respectful with me. I also appreciate her honesty not trying to convince me on something I dislike or didn’t fit me well. That day I came home very pleased and happy with a lot of beautiful outfits( 3 leggings, 4 tops, 3 shorts and a bra). I really wanted the wide leg Villa pants but even the short version it’s too long for me( I am 5’3”). In conclusion, I had a wonderful experience thanks to Amanda, she made me feel welcome to the store. I will definitely continue to shop there. The quality of the clothes are amazing, I need a little color variation though, please bring all the palette colors...

Fantastic quality clothing, and incredibly helpful and professional people! My wife has been a fan of this brand for years, and she finally convinced me to try on one of their polos. It far more comfortable than any shirt I’ve ever owned. The fit and quality are so nice that I bought two of them right away! What impressed me even more than how soft and comfortable the shirt is, was the way in which I was helped at the store. Everyone there was truly kind, attentive, and helpful. (Without any of the snobby vibe I have experienced at some other stores) This level of service is hard to find these days…...
