I went in looking for ‘Black Project’ beer but they didn’t have any. I had heard it was a great beer and wanted to try it because they don’t ferment their beer with packaged yeasts, or even cultured yeasts, but with wild bacteria and yeasts floating through the air. Josh told me he knew what Black Project was and that they didn’t have it at the moment in his store but would show me some comparable beer. He was super knowledgeable and the beer he showed me was by FAR the best beer I’ve had. I tried several different bottles at his recommendation and they are all so unique and worth the extra money ‘healthier’ CLEAN beer for your body (if that makes sense ;-) Josh said he travels to different breweries and is the buyer for the store...extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you want to be ‘spontaneous’ and go out on a limb and divert from your same old BEER routine...go talk to Josh and TRY some...

While i do not drink alcohol, a friend's bday was coming up,and friend is a legit connoisseur of bourbons. He wanted Wyoming Whiskey in a U.S.state where it's near to impossible to get( not allowed to be sent across state lines). CHRIS and TIM , were exceptionally helpful to me . By far, the best liquor store in Eagle County! Their selection is only rivaled by their extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
